When placing an order you warrant that you are over 18 and that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the PayPal account, credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.


Pricing and availability
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. No binding contract will exist between us until we have accepted your order. Fortyvenus reserves the right to change product prices and information without prior notice.

Goods will not be dispatched until your payment has been received.

Fortyvenus reserves the right to refuse to process any request made by you.

Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country. A commercial invoice is provided with all goods shipped. You shall not be entitled to cancel your order on the basis of unforeseen duties or levies.
